Welcome to my AS media blog! I've created a rock music magazine cover, contents page and double page spread and this is my blog to show you the finished magazine as well as all the research and planning I put into making my magazine and the evaluation I did after I completed my magazine. Research and Planning - Equipment & Software list

Equipment

  • Digital Camera & cable - provided by College - needed for taking the photographs for the magazine.
  • Some form of lighting - provide my own lighting to help produce a good quality image if the day light alone is not good enough.
  • Tripod - provided by myself - to ensure stability when taking the photographs; reduces blur and increases the quality.
Software

  • Photoshop - on the College macs - needed for editing the photographs and creating the magazine.
  • In Design - on the College macs - needed for creating the articles and double page spread for my magazine.
